I initially hired this contractor hoping for a professional epoxy garage floor installation. After the work was completed, multiple issues became noticeable, including bubbling/lifting along the joints and areas that do not appear properly finished. I contacted the contractor and was told the issues would be fixed, but after multiple attempts to follow up, communication stopped and the repairs were never completed. I gave opportunities to correct the problems before updating this review. Unfortunately, I'm now left with a floor that appears defective and unresolved customer service issues. I would recommend getting all warranty terms and repair commitments in writing before hiring.
