- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is straightforward and based on the scope of the project. Every shoot includes planning, shooting time, and professional editing, so you will not run into surprise fees later. I do offer bundle pricing if you need multiple services like photo and video or multiple shoot days. If there are any add-ons such as drone photography or travel, I always communicate that upfront. At the end of the day, you are investing in a smooth experience, fast turnaround, and high-quality results you can confidently use.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I keep things simple with a three step process: Pre-production: I plan everything with you, including the style, shot list, and schedule. Shoot day: I show up prepared, guide you through the session, and focus on getting the best shots possible. Post-production: I professionally edit your photos and deliver them quickly, usually within 24 to 48 hours depending on the project. This keeps everything organized and stress free for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from hands-on experience across multiple types of photography and videography, including real estate, weddings, branding, and product work. I have built a structured workflow that allows me to consistently deliver high-quality results. I also continue to improve my skills by refining my techniques and staying current with industry trends.
