We recently purchased our home and hired Star Carpet Inc to install new carpet and wood flooring. Honestly, we can’t say enough good things about the experience. From beginning to end, they went above and beyond—far exceeding our expectations. Not only did they install everything beautifully, but they also took the time to level subfloors, fix squeaks, and ensure every detail was just right. Our home feels brand new again. What truly stood out was how much they genuinely cared. That kind of pride and attention to detail is rare, and it meant a lot to us. The entire space feels refreshed and elevated, and we’re incredibly grateful. We’ll absolutely be calling them again for any future projects and will gladly recommend them to family and friends. The first two pictures is my bedroom with carpet and then a picture with the great work they did. I regret not taking photos before I put my furniture back into the rooms. I absolutely love my floors, I already had vinyl floors in all the common areas, and they matched the vinyl flooring in the bedrooms to a T. Great communication, punctuation and work time they finished three bedrooms inn under 4 hours I was impressed.

Omar and his team did an absolutely fantastic job replacing the laminate flooring and carpet at our property in Big Bear! Omar was fantastic at communicating, was fair with his pricing and his work was beautiful. He truly went above and beyond and had to make two trips to Home Depot to pick up carpet that didn't arrive on time. He even helped me find a different carpet that was a much better deal than what they had at Home Depot and better quality. I highly recommend Star Carpet and Omar and his team for all of your flooring needs. See before and after of the job...5 stars!

Star Carpet did a fabulous job in 1 day, they cleaned up after they finished and made sure we inspected and were happy with the work. Omar and his workers were professional and were easy to reach and responded quickly for a quote. I would highly recommend!
