FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward and transparent. Every quote is customized based on your space, product selection, and installation needs, so there are no one-size-fits-all numbers or surprise charges. We include professional measurement, material, and installation so you know exactly what you’re paying for upfront. We regularly offer promotions, seasonal specials, and flexible financing options, including no-money-down plans and same-as-cash financing when available. There are no hidden fees, and any potential add-ons—such as subfloor prep or special installation requirements are always discussed and approved before work begins. Our goal is to deliver the best value, not just the lowest price. We focus on quality materials, experienced installers, and doing the job right the first time so your investment lasts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is designed to be easy and stress-free. It starts with a quick conversation to understand your space, your goals, and your budget. From there, we schedule a free in-home or on-site measurement so we can get accurate numbers and make the right product recommendations. Once we measure, we walk you through your options, pricing, and timelines so everything is clear upfront. After you approve the quote, we handle ordering materials, scheduling, and coordination with our installation team. We stay in touch throughout the process and are always available if questions come up. After installation, we do a final walkthrough to make sure everything looks right and meets our standards. Our goal is simple—make the process smooth, communicate clearly, and deliver a job done right from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team’s experience comes from decades of hands-on training in the flooring industry. We’ve been doing this for generations, working directly with materials, job sites, and installers every day. That real-world experience matters more than any single certification. In addition, we work with installers who are CFI certified, along with others who hold certifications across all major flooring types. Our sales and design team is trained in product knowledge, proper measuring, and installation requirements, and we stay current through ongoing manufacturer training and industry education. Most importantly, our education comes from doing the work the right way and learning what lasts, what performs best in real homes, and how to avoid costly mistakes. That knowledge allows us to guide customers with confidence and deliver consistent, high-quality results.
