FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fair and budget friendly.Prices are some of the lowest possible, most of the time I am not making profit for taxes and supplies. The rich people who has the money but wants to pay very little doesn't respect the fact that someone is busting thier behind for that luxury. I am more less help elderly people who don't have mobility or on a budget, and also injured people with legs and arms broken that has animals and actually need the help. I want to come in and see the job's condition before I quote a price. Give you a legal and binding paperwork for the quote with details of what we argee to as finalized. extra add-ons will be extra charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will set a time to go and visit the home for a walk through, then set and appointment to start cleaning, I asked thier preference on what clean or equipment we will be using your or mine. I would text before I get there as reminder and when I do arrive so they may expect me at the door. gather my items, greet you, I receive a rundown of what is needed from you and get to work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had 27 yrs of construction site cleanup, demolition, peeping land for building, a house full of four dirty children and a husband that didn't clean. I am constantly looking for better techniques and solutions to do a better and efficient job to keep price down for clients.
