I have been working with Erica for years now and she is hands down the best at what she does. I had never received any wax services prior to Erica and from my 1st visit to now she has consistently made me feel so comfortable and in good hands. She is extremely knowledgeable and honest about the pros and cons of every service she offers. I have received several services from Erica and she always delivers an excellent and high quality product that is not comparison to any other. I love that she is extremely responsive and punctual, she is super clean and makes sure everything is brand new and sanitary. I have sensitive skin and she makes sure to treat it as such and I've never experienced any issues post services. I enjoy working with people that are passionate about what they do and love to make their clients happy, I have and will continue to recommend Erica for any services when it comes to self care.
