Olga and Domonique are absolutely amazing people. A Team 4 You has absolutely changed my life in so many ways. I have been a client for about 4 and a half months and in that short time I now have and amazing relationship with my kids and getting closer to meeting my grand babies. It was a great experience, thanks to the team for the support. I was able to figure out some personal issues I had. Just like everyone else, at first I was very hesitant about opening up to another human being. I loved to bottle everything. Here I learned the importance of speaking up, releasing emotions and meditation techniques.

I don't know that I can choose the words to adequately reflect the change that has taken place in my life because of this group of people. I appreciate the consistency, flexibility and professionalism that this team extended to me during some of the worst moments of my life. Ive been to other IOP programs and they all follow the same standard curriculum and focus on numbers. With this program, you start picking away layers to find the root of your issue and how it affects your life and then (this is the best part) they provide actual solutions. I was ready to go back to work and the team accommodated me and worked around my schedule. If you are looking for support and professionalism from a team that really wants to see you grow then this is the place.
