Great person overall,
Training days with Mario were very intense and full of knowledge. Every training set he had a reasoning for what he had you do and always focused on the movement. Very humble trainer never made you feel inferior always made you feel good about yourself and your strength. Apart from training, he is a very well respected person and always checking up on your recoveries and meal plans. Highly recommended, Very Self Made Material!

I’ve had a handful of trainers at numerous gyms, never one like this gentlemen ! He took my training to a different level, beyond satisfied with my progress over the course of the last few months. Once you find a trainer of this quality you’ll seriously never look back to your common coach. I always look at the physique of someone I entrust my body with, his is second to none. Highly recommended !!

I want to say that working with Mario has been great. I specifically hired him to help me lean out as I am a power lifter/ strongman. Dropping body fat & sticking to the diet was the hardest part for me. As a power lifter/ strongman I’m use to eating as much as possible to gain and keep as much muscle as possible. Now losing bodyfat & keeping muscle is something I was new at and Mario helped show me what food groups to eat and which foods not to eat. He is very knowledgeable and driven to help others succeed, I highly recommend working with him!
