Pricing is based on the size of the job, number of windows, accessibility, and level of buildup. I provide upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Discounts may be available for bundled services, repeat customers, or maintenance cleanings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by learning about the customer’s needs and the scope of the project. From there, I provide a clear estimate and explain what’s included. On service day, I arrive on time, protect the surrounding areas, complete the work thoroughly, and do a final walkthrough to ensure the customer is satisfied before closing out the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on training and experience in professional window cleaning and exterior cleaning, including proper ladder safety, tool selection, glass care, and surface protection. I stay up to date on best practices, cleaning methods, and equipment to ensure safe, high-quality results for every job.
