I had inheritted two rental properties after my father passed being in IT field I know nothing about the property managment or real estate field. I interviewd 3 different management companies and found EZ management company the best in price and service. Being in the tech inudstry I am all about internet and technology. I loved the fact that the technology that EZ is using is compatible with the new century and designed to entertain owners like me who are tech savvy. I was thrilled when my property manager with EZ sat down with me to explain everything in detail. The market conditions, technology, marketing techniques to publish my property to 36 different website to ensure I get the best and highest rent and NO OUT of Pocket expense for me to get them started. They said I pay when every thing is done and they work free of cost until the property gets filled. I had no harm to try them out wihth their month to month contract. I was thinking if i don't like them I will cancel them after a month but I was amazed how they were able to rent out the property beyond my expectation with in 10 days. They impressed me with their work time after time. I ended up selling my own home through them and bought another property. Their management as well well sales both Rock! If i could give them 10 or 100 stars I would. Thank You EZ you truly stand to your slogan of Making people life's EZ..you sure did make my life EZ.

I have been using Formatic to manage my properties and they are doing a great job. They have yet to miss collecting rent including any required late fees as per the contract. They provide simple and timely statements. They take all the hassle out of managing my properties in CA. Their fees are reasonable as well.

HOWEVER, I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR A BETTER COMPANY FOR THE LAST FEW YEARS. WHEN YOU OWN RENTAL PROPERTY, THERE ARE A FEW THINGS THAT MAKE THE MOST DIFFERENCE - HAVING GREAT TENANTS WHO WILL TAKE CARE OF THE PROPERTY, LEASING THE PROPERTY FAST AND NOT LOSE MONEY FROM UNIT BEING VACANT TOO LONG, AND TAKING CARE OF REPAIRS IF ANY QUICKLY AND COST EFFECTIVELY.
