FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are fair on our pricing, and we do not pass - on our jobs to other contractors, thus eliminating price gauging! All our pricing is based on the square footage of the home, not the area or community that you live in. We do not require payment for any estimates. Estimates are free!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to first come look at the property physically always. At a set schedule and at a set time and day. First impression is everything and we like to earn our clients trust and respect by walking through the job together. We separate all the work that needs to be done in an invoice breakdown, that way you know what the charges are distinctly and don't receive an estimate with one price.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education - I am licensed through the state of California (CSLB) Contractors State Licensing Board. I went through a contracting school in preparation for the state exam, at (CSLP) Contractors State License Preparation. Before you can even be considered to take the California exam you need a minimum of 4 years on field experience. My roofing experience is 12 years.
