- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees can be as low as $75.00 to over $200 hourly, depending on the type of Investigation being conducted, and, or, whether there's per diem required, and incorporated into the fees. Generally, like an attorney, a retainer fee will be required up front, in proportional to the estimated man hours quoted by the Investigator. There is a minimum requirement of 10 (1) man hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process of working with a new customer/client, is to first conduct an interview to get the facts. A series of preparation interviews may have to happen before commencing the main inquiry.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
