- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With a new customer I like to get the prior year tax return so I can review and analyze it then put the information in our tax program so I can provide the client with a year to year comparison.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors degree in Business Administration. I have been a Tax Preparer for 7 years.
