Outstanding! My carpet was dirty. I didn't realize how dirty. Allen must have made three passes on my carpet until the water from the rug machine look much clearer. Paid more attention to stains than anyone/company I have ever had clean my carpet. Better than Coit, Stanley Steamer and others. If there were 10 stars I would fill them all in! Obrigota Allen.

Alan was AMAZING! We stained our rug and needed to get it out ASAP. I reached out at 11:30pm not expecting a response until the morning but he responded immediately and was willing to come the next morning at 9am. He did an amazing job and was really quick/efficient. Great prices, really friendly, will definitely hire again!

My dogs never makes mistakes on our bedroom carpets... but this time, our older one had upset stomach and went on our carpet. Since it was a few months away that I would steam clean our carpets again and my regular guy wasn't available, I thought I tryout Dr Carpet. Allano said he could do my one room this afternoon and he showed up exactly on time. Allano's work is so meticulous that I don't think I'm going back to who I was using before. I only wanted Allano to do a general cleaning and deodorize the carpet. He found drops of my wife's hair dye on the carpet and it was gone. He found 2 other stains I didn't even know was there. Since I have a security camera in my bedroom, I was able to see how detailed his approach to cleaning is. Yes, I would not hesitate to rehire him for future jobs. Note: Allano speaks fluent Portuguese but is limited English. He uses a translator with issue when he doesn't quite understand.
