I am incredibly impressed and couldn’t be happier with the work they did. From start to finish, their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail were outstanding.
The wall panels required a lot of precision, care, and patience to install properly, and they took the time to make sure everything was done right rather than rushing through the job. You could really see the amount of dedication and craftsmanship that went into the finished product.
I also really appreciated how communicative they were throughout the entire process. They were upfront about what was needed, what was possible, and the best way to approach different parts of the installation. They kept me informed and made the whole experience easy and stress-free.
The finished result looks amazing and completely transformed the room. It’s rare to find a company that combines this level of quality, professionalism, communication, and genuine care for their work. I would absolutely recommend M&L Construction and will definitely use them again for future projects!

I received a strong competitive estimate for installing acoustic wood paneling along two walls of my home. Henry from M&L asked thoughtful questions to make sure the planning and materials were in-line with our vision, and provided us with clear options when we needed to make calls about trim.
The work was done efficiently and with quality, and the outcomes were fantastic!! Really great finishing work. Would gladly hire again!
The staircase leading up to our front door was about 12 years old and had become rickety and unsafe. Henry came over to give us an estimate and after comparing bids from another contractor, we decided to hire him. There were several design challenges which he thought through very carefully and checked with us to make sure we would be satisfied with. We are very impressed with the end result as it exceeded our expectations in terms of quality, stability, and appearance.
Henry was great, quickly discussed different options to fix my issue and implemented the one I was most comfortable with, very good work quality at a very reasonable price, will definitely reach back to himi n the future.
Henry did an excellent job replacing our stairs, along with the top of the landing on the stairs, and a strip of flooring in front of a downstairs bedroom. He was very conscientious about his work. His pricing was very fair, which was why I hired him. Someone else mentioned he's not a licensed contractor (at least in California), but he did a great job, and for the work that needed to get done, I really didn't mind. Would definitely recommend him for this type of work!
