He rescheduled from 9am to 1pm due to an emergency after many texts back and forth. He then no called no showed. This was his message to me confirming and assuring the job will be done. "I apologize, but an emergency call just came up that I need to handle immediately. Would it be possible to reschedule our appointment for today after 1:00 pm? Let me know what time works best for you and I’ll make it work." I replied great 1pm works, sent address, sent phone. He said ok, thank you. Its 2pm. I called and texted him many times. Rude and waste of a lot of time. 1 star.
