- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates are based on service type, duration and skill level. I offer discounts for multiple visits in one day and also for monthly walk packages.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I am contacted by a new client, I like to set up a meet and greet so I can not only meet the pet parent, but also the pet ;) I ask info that I feel is important, like does your pet have allergies or behavior triggers. I make sure to get all the details needed to allow your pet to have a comfortable and memorable encounter with me be it a walk or overnight stay!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years of animal handling experience with a wide variety of domestic pets with many different needs and behaviors. I also have experience grooming (bathing, blow out, anal glands,nails, ears, trim) and administering medications to dogs and cats (inhaler, pills,IV fluids, injections). Lastly, I have several years of experience with travel documents and government regulations for pet parents interested in traveling with their four legged family member. Everyday is a school day and I'm excited to keep learning more and more about my furry friends.
