We hired them to walk our dog for a few days over the holidays, and the person they provided (Monique) was great!! She came early in the morning and made sure to send us photos of our animals. I would definitely recommend them and will hire them again.

This review is long overdue. Krystal and her team are amazing! Our pup is a super bouncy energetic 80lbs lab who needs to go on solo walks because there aren't that many dogs his size in the city. Krystal and her team took on the challenge, and I couldn't be happier. They send me a picture everyday and be sure to wipe down his paws when he comes home. He's super excited to go with them, and is often worn out for the rest of the day when they return from his walk. I think he enjoys walking with them more on the weekdays than with me on the weekends! Thanks, Krystal, Monique, and Larry!

Crystal is the best! She is dependable. My dog loves her and Crystal understand animals. As an owner, I found Crystal to be flexible and communicates well, which is important when planning and changing drop off/pick up times. She is conveniently located near the airport too. We've used her for mid-day walks and over-night stays. Our neighbors started using Crystal's walking service after running into Crystal and our dog. The neighbors claim their dog is happier to see Crystal then he is to see them! You know dogs and cats don't hide their emotions! Thanks Crystal for your great service and smile. You ARE a gem!

Krystal has been amazing! We just moved to the city a few weeks ago! We moved here with two old dogs. Unfortunately we lost our Big girl(Mastiff)a few days later. We were determined to find a great sitter for our two fur balls! Our Mastiff was sick and Krystal was willing to step in and help however needed. We both work crazy hours and the thought of leaving our 11 year old Labrador alone was breaking our hearts. She's never been alone. Her buddy Sofia and she were together since they were pups. Happy to say Krystal is making Haole (lab) life a happy place! When we first met Krystal she was delightful and willing to step in. She is very flexible and keeps us updated everyday while we are gone. She sends pictures and keeps everything tightly at our home. Needless to say we are very impressed! Don't hesitate to call Krystal!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates are based on service type, duration and skill level. I offer discounts for multiple visits in one day and also for monthly walk packages.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I am contacted by a new client, I like to set up a meet and greet so I can not only meet the pet parent, but also the pet ;) I ask info that I feel is important, like does your pet have allergies or behavior triggers. I make sure to get all the details needed to allow your pet to have a comfortable and memorable encounter with me be it a walk or overnight stay!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years of animal handling experience with a wide variety of domestic pets with many different needs and behaviors. I also have experience grooming (bathing, blow out, anal glands,nails, ears, trim) and administering medications to dogs and cats (inhaler, pills,IV fluids, injections). Lastly, I have several years of experience with travel documents and government regulations for pet parents interested in traveling with their four legged family member. Everyday is a school day and I'm excited to keep learning more and more about my furry friends.
