We had an excellent experience with Carlos. He assembled our stationary bicycle, kitchen cabinet, shoe rack, and bed frame and exceeded our expectations in every way. He was punctual, professional, and incredibly efficient. Every item was perfectly assembled, and he made sure everything was stable, level, and clean before leaving. I cannot speak highly enough of Carlos and his work. My job request was for fixing walls / spackling for a move-out. He was quick to respond to my job request and provided a thorough explanation of how he would handle it, along with detailed costs. But what really impressed me was his craftsmanship and effort. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was 100% satisfied, which took more time out of his day, but he wanted to make sure that my job was perfect. In my experience, most people are just trying to quickly get a job done. Carlos is not that - he will get it done right and make sure you are satisfied. And he is a wonderful person, great to talk to, and he explained everything clearly. I highly recommend Carlos and will be sharing his info with everyone I know.
