- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There will be discounts for people that are my usual customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When dealing with new clients I like to set up meet and greets so that I’m able to meet the pet and owner. I always like to ask the owner details about their pets. I’m always available to do the meet and greet over the phone or in person.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We're enrolled in school .We have helped around family members pets and are always excited when meeting new ones , we have volunteered in dog shelters and have also made donations to them. We love animals and help when we can !.
