- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer diagnostic visit, customer pays $75 for the estimate visit and this amount will be used as deductible to the final amount of the repair. $115 for stackable units and Double Ovens, $149 in case it needs two technicians at the diagnostic first visit which is very rare. The visit is waived if we are hired to do the repair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer schedule visit and we go check the problem at their houses. The visit is waived if we are hired to do the repair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All the technicians have some kind of community college learning or professional class and practical work for long time.
