- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always strive to offer fair and transparent pricing. We're happy to explain how we calculate costs and are open to discussing the budget when possible. We never charge extra fees for payment by card or for basic supplies. If additional materials are needed, we only charge the exact amount based on receipts. Discounts may be available depending on the scope of work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by carefully discussing the task and listening to your needs. Then we offer one or more solutions that fit your goals and budget. Communication and clarity are key, so we make sure everything is clear before we begin.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a university degree in civil engineering, specializing in industrial and residential construction. I also have hands-on experience working both as a technician and as a construction supervisor, ensuring quality and safety on every job site.
