- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Organizing projects require some time and thought in order to effectively achieve your goals. Planning what needs to be done, taking action and talking through the process can be done efficiently over a realistic time frame. Typically, most projects take 4 hours or more to complete, or at least to finish a certain stage of the project. Therefore, there is a savings when 4 hours or more are scheduled and an even further savings when a 5 or 10-session package is purchased in advance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A 20 minute complimentary consultation is needed in order to hear the details of your project, determine if we are a fit and to decide if an on-site consultation is needed. An exchange of emails can work as well. Pictures also help to illustrate what is needed if you like.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a professional member of NAPO, I continue to take courses towards achieving my certificate in the organization industry. There are numerous books I have read and project to read. Also, I learn something new from every client I work with.
