Every event and catering is different, so once we establish a budget, I can work with you to provide the best experience possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can setup a phone consult, discuss the style of service, cuisine and the budget. then I can craft a menu for you within your budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended and Saddleback College Culinary school in Mission Viejo, CA. I graduated with honors in 2021 with an associates in science and a degree in advanced culinary arts, foods and catering. I am trained in several and more cuisines, pastries and bread making. I simultaneously worked in the restaurant industry to gain hands on knowledge to provide you with the best tasting food and experience possible.
