- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am based in San Clemente. Anything outside of 30 miles from me may result in a travel fee. My thumbtack prices are at a discount... check my website for full prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I encourage my new customers to schedule a phone call with me before the photoshoot to talk about exactly what they are looking for before the shoot begins! I want to make sure we get the best location and time of day to meet my customers needs/wishes! I want to talk and get to know you and your vision.
