He was quick to respond, responsible, honest, and trustworthy. We asked him to fix a kitchen sink leak, a bathtub clog, and repair the balcony door. He fixed the kitchen sink and bathtub clog in just under 2 hours. Although he spent 30 minutes adjusting the balcony door without success, he didn't charge us for that time. However, afterward, he researched and sent us instructions so we could fix it ourselves. Thanks to him, the once troublesome door now opens and closes easily. We will definitely ask for his help again if we need anything.
