- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Rates: Standard in home organizing- $75 per hour for one organizer. Garage organization is $85 per hour for one organizer. ⏰ Minimum Hours: All jobs require a 4-hour minimum session 🚗 Travel Fee: For jobs beyond 30 miles total, a $25 travel fee will be applied. Enquire further to see if we service your area. Each session includes a complimentary donation drop off. Junk Removal services can be arranged for an extra fee. Products & Packing Supplies are additional.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. 📋Initial Consultation - Meet & greet, assess your space & discuss your needs, goals & priorities. 2. 📝Proposal & Agreement: Prepare detailed proposal & customized plan for your consideration. Estimation of the time the job will take. Discussion of any useful products that could be utilized. 3. On the day of the scheduled appointment, we bring a few boxes and supplies. After a brief 5 minute lookover, we dive straight into it! 4. After completion, an invoice will be sent to you, payment collected and a load of items taken away for donation. 📦 The Organization Process that is used... - Sort & Categorize everything, Keep, Donate, Maybes, Declutter unwanted items. Minimizing is key... Before we can organize we must declutter! - Create a home for everything & label. We can use bins or baskets you have on hand or alternatively new products can be supplied upon agreement 👀 Final Walkthrough & Approval: My aim is for you to be happy & satisfied with the results
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I run my own organizing business Kiwi Decluttering and have much experience helping many households to achieve organized spaces. I have a Professional Organizing Certification from IAP College this course enabled me to have insight into the many facets of organizing. I have many years of background experience in Property Management & Office Administration which has taught me excellent organization & management skills.
