- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My friend Scott and I started this company from our two special backgrounds. Scott has been completing flood damage clean up for over 15 years. I have been designing and building custom remodels and commercial buildings for the same amount of time. We found an opportunity to combine our services and provide disaster properties with a one stop shop from cleanup to reconstruction. It gave us an opportunity to help people and still do what we know best.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Water or flood cleanup, mold removal, mold mitigation, fire damage cleanup and repairs. We usually receive a call from a property owner or tenant experiencing a lot of water all over their floors, mold on their walls, or smoke damage throughout their home or office. We hustle over, usually under 30 minutes, and start to clean up the mess immediately. This helps with minimizing the cost of the repairs.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Hire someone who is expedient, honest, and provides quality service. I like working with people who are on the ball and get back to me quickly with results. A company that puts your issue first on their to do list is a great company to work with.
