We offer 3 tiers of Property Management. 1. Basic - Market & Advertise, Tenant Screening, Rent Collection, 24x7 Maintenance coordination, Happiness Guarantee. 2. Premium - Same as basic will Bill Pay and Eviction protections 3. Premium Plus - All services rolled onto 1 monthly fee
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Rob Madore background comes from 20 years as the SVP of customer operations & facilities of a national telecommunications company. During that tenure, real estate & facilities management play a large & enjoyable part of his responsibilities. We are licensed real estate professionals with the resources of the largest national property management firm.
