Introduction: I'm a certified personal fitness trainer and coach. I specialize in endurance training, strength training, posture and balance training, triathlon/swimming/running workouts, yoga workouts, and outdoor fitness training.
I provide workout routines and personalized fitness plans for people looking to better the body composition and posture, and I also offer muscle endurance training and strength gain training. I do athletic performance training for athletes, from high school to professionals. Ive been a Swimming strength and conditioning coach in WA state, i was a competitive Wrestler for 12 years and ive completed over 15 triathlons. I do in-home training, and I do training out of my gym in San Clemente, CA (The San Clemente Gym). Triathlons are a passion for me, and I specialize in the workouts and training plans for them. As well as fitness training, I do workouts for those looking to correct their bodies' awareness, like balance and joint strength.
