Drake helped solve all my plumbing problems! A + five star work!
I had a faulty garbage disposal that wasn’t working. He helped me find a new one within my budget and saved me a lot! He also helped me with my master bathroom. I wanted all new fixtures, the ones I had were outdated and old.
He recommended I go to Lowe’s and pick out what I wanted. He arrived on time and gave me a great price.
I call him for all my plumbing needs he even snaked my bathroom sink and now it drains like a champion!

DW Pro Services provides excellent service! DW resolved my plumbing problem with care and professionalism. He created new copper piping, added a reduced pressure backflow preventer valve, water sediment filter, and pressure regulator in my home. I have peace of mind that my family's water supply is clean, safe, reliable thanks to the work performed by DW.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are always fair I wouldn’t say we are the lowest but we are certainly not the highest. A plumber that offers a very low price I would never trust. They are only trying to get their foot in the door to charge you more later. (beware of these plumbers)
I am always fair with my customers and completely transparent of my labor and parts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I normally contact the customer over the phone find out what they need done. After introducing my self,I will have them send me pictures so I can get a better idea of what we are dealing with project wise. If I can save the customer and my self time & money, I will. From there we will setup an appointment. Once setting foot on the property I shake hands with the customer and get a feel for who they are and how I can help them. I’m very sharp, enthusiastic, gregarious and professional. I love working with people and enjoy helping them with their plumbing needs. I go above and beyond for every customer!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been working construction since the age of 22 and been around a lot of job sites. Carpentry, Finish Carpentry, Tile & Stone, Furniture refinishing, Drywall, General Construction, Painting, brickwork, remodels, hot moping, commercial & residential. You name it I’ve probably done it. I’ve been pursuing plumbing for the past 5 years non stop. Anyone can pick up a book and read but when it comes to plumbing it comes with a lot of learning and making mistakes. Plumbing is a trade which takes an huge amount of skill and knowledge.
