Heidi H. says, "Our water heater died on Memorial Day Weekend. I left Andrew a message via Thumbtack and he got back to me in just a couple of minutes. Super friendly, gave me some options and I felt my stress ebb away immediately. Other companies who got back to me the next day could really take a page from Andrew's book. His subscription price of $185 a year waives holidays and Sundays fees for him to come evaluate the service you need, and i highly recommend it! The water heater and install were reasonable, and its now 11:30 a.m. Tuesday and we have hot water again. Really grateful for his professionalism, work ethic, prompt response both initially and in follow up calls and texts. The time and energy he devotes to his family business are obvious, and he explains everything in a down to earth way that i very much appreciate. He doesn't do the obnoxious hard sell that other companies do, and that's a huge plus. I will be calling these guys again for absolutely any and every plumbing need we have, as well as recommending him to my friends. In an age of lackadaisical customer service and corporate greed over human need, Andrew's Plumbing is a reminder that, while the good ones are now few and far between, they do still exist, and are ready and willing to be of service."See more

Tomi S. says, "I was very happy with their work for replacing the thankless water heater and putting a regulator on my waterline quickly especially when I was going to be charged ridiculously high price by the other bigger plumbing company. a week after the replacing when the restoration guy opened the ceiling , we found a very small leaking from the tankless water heater pipe. I called and Irish was very nice to responded quickly and came to fix at 8am next morning.. I am really grateful for their quick response and he fixed in 20 minutes. First he told me I have to pay for this fix and I paid. But they told me it was misunderstanding and they refunded."See more

He even picked up on a potential problem that was out of scope of the original job - I have a separate line under the kitchen sink that supplies water to my fridge's water dispenser and the nut holding the copper line into the water supply was cracking/leaking which I did not realize. He explained everything clearly and fixed it before heading out. Overall it was a good experience and would recommend."See more
