At 1-800 Restoration, we follow a clear and compassionate process to guide customers from emergency to full recovery: Initial Contact – We’re available 24/7. Once you call, our team gathers key details and dispatches technicians immediately if it's an emergency. On-Site Assessment – Our certified experts assess the damage, explain the situation, and provide a clear scope of work—always with your safety and peace of mind first. Estimate & Coordination – We provide a detailed estimate using industry-standard software and work directly with your insurance carrier if applicable. Restoration Work Begins – Whether it’s plumbing, water, fire, mold, or structural damage, we begin cleanup, mitigation, and restoration quickly and efficiently—keeping you updated throughout. Final Walkthrough & Sign-Off – Once work is complete, we conduct a final walkthrough to ensure everything meets your expectations. We only consider the job done when you’re satisfied.
