- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Mr. Rooter Plumbing, we come out to all of our calls for a free estimate first. This way we can provide an accurate diagnosis and price for what needs to be done. We do have specials and coupons available for our customers to use: 15% off up to $500 for Seniors, Military, First Responders, and Educators. $89 Drain Cleaning Speical - thru an accessible clean out. FREE Camera Inspection with ANY drain cleaning. $500 off Halo Whole Home Water Filtration System. $150 off any Tank Water Heater Replacement. $300 off any Tankless Water Heater Replacement. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come out to provide a free diagnosis and estimate for all new and existing customers. During this visit, we can take a look at any plumbing issues or items in the home and provide a full plumbing inspection to offer solutions, recommendations, and future items that may be upcoming. Our goal is to make sure our customers understand the plumbing system at the residence.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a fully licnesed, insured, and bonded company. All our technicians go thru constant and ongoing training with our company along with PHCC school training. At no point will we send someone new to the industry to your home unless they are riding with a senior technician as an apprentice in training.
