From the moment he walked in, he was knowledgeable, explaining what was wrong with my faucet in a way that made me feel like I could almost pass for a junior plumber. He was friendly and didn’t judge me when I admitted I had tried “fixing” it by turning things off.
But the best part? Charlie was absolutely determined to get the job done. My faucet put up a fight — at one point I’m pretty sure it hissed — but Charlie handled it with the calm confidence of someone who has seen far worse plumbing crimes. Within no time, the leak was gone, the faucet was behaving, and my bathroom no longer performed its Morse code ritual.
Five stars for Charlie and Utmost Plumbing. If something in your house is dripping, gurgling, clanking, or otherwise acting possessed, call them. They’ll fix it with friendly service and they’ll leave you wondering why you ever tried to DIY anything involving water.
