- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Inspection fee is $49 - visit to you technician, diagnostics and provide a quote for the repair (not refundable). If you wish to move forward with the repair, we will deduct the inspection fee $49 from the total price of the repair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
at the beginning, the client should be told what is wrong with the unit, then diagnostics are carried out, after our client will receive a brief report and repair estimate
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked in two different companies for the repair of household appliances, and one of them has its own school in which I myself work as a practical teacher
