After a bad experience calling someone else, I tried All Appliance Repair, and he did a much better job. Figured out the problem right away, and came back the next day with the right part to fix it. Will definitely call him again for repairs.

Before I contacted Alex, I had a different company out here twice to fix a dishwasher problem I was having. They didn’t do it properly or know what was wrong. Ever since Covid it seems to be difficult to get people to even respond to job requests, let alone complete them in a timely manner, but not with Alex!

I reached out late in the evening to schedule an appointment to look at my fridge, and to my surprise he was available to come by the next afternoon. The compressor on my fridge had gone out, and Alex was able to buy a new one and get it installed the next day.

The repair was done quickly, for a reasonable price, and Alex even tolerated my nosy dog “supervising” while he worked!

My Washer would not complete a spin cycle and I reached out very late at night to lock in something for the next day randomly selecting a repair service. Alex responded right away and made a call to me early the next day as requested. He was pleasant, punctual, and professional. I could tell he was knowledgeable about the product line and knew what it needed to run properly again. He fixed our washer and it performs EVEN BETTER than before it’s tune up!
