Great experience. My refrigerator stopped working 3 days before Christmans and I called Josh and he showed up within a few hours and quickly diagnosed the problem. He did not try to upsell me and was straightforward. My refrigerator is up and running now and couldn't be happier. He was able yo save our food from spoiling and literally saved Christmas. Definitely recommend Appliance RX.

Found Josh on Craigslist, needed someone who could work on a combo LG washer/dryer and he was able to diagnose the potential issue over the phone and was there the next day to check out the unit...he gave me a super fair quote to fix it and ordered the necessary parts which were installed a few days later, even suggesting the anti vibrating pads so it ran smoothly...he is very knowledgeable and transparent...I will be using him for all of my future appliance repair needs.

Josh did an amazing job and located the problem with my microwave quickly. It was turning on but wasnt warming the food. I wish I would have called him first! He ordered the part and came back as soon as it came in to replace it. Would definitely recommend him for any appliance repair issue!! He even cleaned off the dust on the top and gave me the advice to clean my filter before installing it back over the range!
