- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is first contacting the customer to get an idea of what the issue is and request a model number for the unit. Then I check if parts are available. If they are, I come by with parts ready to fix the issue. If not, I order them and schedule a visit with the customer after they arrive.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a factory certified Whirlpool/Kitchenaid/Maytag repairman, but I work on all brands as well.
