- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide the excellent service since beginning and till the end . Our friendly operators are always in touch and happy to help our clients to set up the appointments with our skilled technicians. Then we provide the exact estimate after diagnostic and do the repair as soon as possible . Each work order has a warranty .
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
In the beginning it was just a hobby but then I realized that makes me happy and I love it , love to help you customers with their appliance repair needs . Their appreciation is the best gift for me and for our company!
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Our last huge project was Viking build in refrigerator repair . It was not cooling properly and 2 previous companies couldn’t help . It took 2 weeks total( deep diagnostics , parts order and actual repair ) but repair was done and customer finally has normally cooling fridge back.
