The technician (Serge) was very knowledgeable, competent, and confident. He asked questions about the problem and answered my questions. He explained his troubleshooting steps and verified the fix. I was extremely happy that he had the part needed to correct the problem.
Overall, it was a great experience and relief. Next day service and fix was of great value to me. I’ll most definitely will call again if I have any appliance issues. I will recommend ECH Repair Appliances to family and friends.

We provide the excellent service since beginning and till the end . Our friendly operators are always in touch and happy to help our clients to set up the appointments with our skilled technicians. Then we provide the exact estimate after diagnostic and do the repair as soon as possible . Each work order has a warranty .

All our technicians are fully trained and licensed. We constantly improve our skills and learn new technologies which help to provide the better service for our clients .
