- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$60 Service Call / Diagnostic Call - Covers the first hour of work, or repair if appliance can be fixed on diagnostic call - diagnostic is waived if repair is approved.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In regards to appliance and electrical repairs I will ask you some basic questions regarding the symptoms, the model number and brand name of the appliance to see if I can remotely address the issue and possibly save time and you money!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
