- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer $25 off from the repair labor to all new customers from. Technician comes and diagnose your appliance and offer you an honest quote. You decide if you wish to proceed with repair. We will waive all service call fees if you decide to do the repair. We offer 90-day parts and labor warranty
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer discounts and make sure customer understand the issue. Reliable will walk you by hand to the sample process. We will explain everything upfront. With us, you pay only parts and labor. Our service center receptionists will answer all your questions and explain the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All technicians are factory certified and have minimum 5 years field experience. We fix all makes and models. The company does carry insurance for accidents.
