I reached out regarding an issue with my fridge needing to be leveled and to have the doors looked out because the right side was making a noise during opening and closing. Serge was super punctual and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process of fix options. He went above and beyond to make sure the job was done. Would hire again to take care of any appliance issues.

My dryer was making a loud, terrible noise. Described it over the phone and he said “yep, I know exactly what that is.” Came over quickly and assessed the situation. Didn’t waste time with a diagnostic fee and upselling me. Just ordered the part, told me when it would be delivered, got the part, and came back to finish the job. Explained what he did and why without talking down to me. Even swept up after himself! Great service.
