Vlad was very responsive when contacted and promptly came to check out the job. I needed removing some old storage unit from the backyard and level the dirt area. He provided a reasonable estimate based ok his estimation of the job total time. In general it did take longer for him to complete, however he was kind enough to charge me a reasonable price. Will hire again. Good experience.
