Vlad is fantastic! I had been putting off getting my dryer repaired for weeks, because I thought it would be a long, back and forth process. Vlad responded to my request almost immediately and was there within the hour. He's incredibly knowledgeable and professional, and just a genuinely great guy. He fixed my dryer AND washer in no time, I was so grateful for how quick, easy and reasonable his services were. I highly recommend him for fast, reliable appliance repair! Vlad was excellent. He arrived within 20 mins of my email. Other repair people I contacted wanted to schedule 3 or 4 days later. When Vlad arrived, he quickly diagonoised my LG dryer issue. He gave me options to reset or make the repair. I decided to not cut corners and replace the dryer thermostat. Vlad ordered the part and came back the next day and made the repair. He even cleaned the vents and the entire dryer inside and out. He greased the drums to make them run quite. He was great to work with and was very honest. He will be my permanent appliance repair technician.

Great experience! Will use him again for all appliances. Our Dishwasher broke at worst time. Texted me back within minutes. Arrived next mornign and had it fixed by the following day on a weekend even after having the get a part on a Friday which isn't easy.
