- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the type of appraisal, property complexity, and intended use (pre-listing, estate, PMI removal, etc.). We provide clear, upfront quotes with no hidden fees. Because most of our work is private, non-lender assignments, pricing reflects the level of analysis and communication involved rather than a one-size-fits-all fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick conversation to understand your needs and the purpose of the appraisal. From there, we schedule the inspection, complete the analysis, and deliver a detailed report. We’re also available to walk you through the results so you fully understand the valuation and how to use it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed residential appraisers with decades of experience in the San Diego market. Our background includes ongoing continuing education, market analysis, and hands-on valuation work across a wide range of property types and use cases.
