- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project has a unique set of goals and problems to solve, therefore it is necessary to meet with the client and discuss the project in depth before a fair quote can be created.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process for working with a new client would begin with a complimentary consultation, typically conducted at the location of the proposed project. During the consultation we will listen to the client's goals to determine if we are a good fit for each other and also to determine a fair price for the work. Once the proposal is accepted by the Client, we would then begin on the design process.
