We were so happy with Demian’s bartending services for our wedding. Due to the pandemic there were so many changes leading up to the wedding and I was so impressed by Demian’s professionalism and flexibility through all the changes we had to make. He created a list of amazing signature cocktails and our guests were raving about them all night. We had so many people compliment what a great job he did. We absolutely would hire him again!

I would highly suggest Demian Carpenter Events for any event you have when you need a bartender/back wait staff. Demian was so kind, professional and punctual and it made our event go smoothly. It was so great not having to worry about the alcohol part of our event and it was so great having his back wait staff there to help facilitate the cleanliness of our event! We will definitely be recommending him to all of our friends! He was amazing!

Demian is the best! We hired him for our Joshua Tree wedding and he exceeded our expectations. We had a hard crowd to please with several experienced bartenders and lots of specialty cocktail snobs in our friends and family. To be able to impress all of our guests AND have them still bring up the cocktails constantly 2 months later? That’s just beyond impressive. Demian worked with us to design a custom cocktail menu with unique elements like: homemade horchata, chamango cocktail and homemade aloe vera syrup! I’ve been to many fancy $20 drink bars in LA and nothing comes even close to the unique cocktails he created for our wedding.
