Flexibility. I had ingredients and we discussed recipes in advance, but we kind of threw Demian into chaos and he was great. Got everything prepped and welcomed guests while maintaining a chill, professional vibe.

Demian is the best! We hired him for our Joshua Tree wedding and he exceeded our expectations. We had a hard crowd to please with several experienced bartenders and lots of specialty cocktail snobs in our friends and family. To be able to impress all of our guests AND have them still bring up the cocktails constantly 2 months later? That’s just beyond impressive. Demian worked with us to design a custom cocktail menu with unique elements like: homemade horchata, chamango cocktail and homemade aloe vera syrup! I’ve been to many fancy $20 drink bars in LA and nothing comes even close to the unique cocktails he created for our wedding.
