The customer service reps are super friendly and informative. But it was tough getting a hold of someone to set up the first appointment (phone tag). And I'm glad they have the free follow up services that you can call for in between the "mandatory" visits, because we still have been seeing bug activity around the house and yard. We have backyard chickens and goats, so we try not to be unrealistic in our expectations. But I was told that no one needed to be home for them to come spray my yard (since they wanted to schedule it for a day that I would be out of town) But they ended up calling my father in law, who was my backup contact, several times saying that he had to be there unordered for them to treat our yard. This contradicted what I was told on the phone...
They aren't bad, but I expected better. 😕
