What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Architectural and Interior Design Services vary depending on the size and complexity of the project. Renderings begin at $395, includes 3 revisions. Aerial renderings begin at $795. Video and fly-throughs begin at $995. 3D Floor Plans Begin at $695. 2D Floor Plans & Elevations begin at $295. Design services such as CAD work, interior design and decorating, architectural design and concept design are available, inquire for pricing and detail.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You will be assigned a design professional that will coordinate all necessary meetings with you. Meetings can be onsite or video call (as necessary) The design process is interactive, you will be working with your designer to create the perfect space for your needs. Once the space is approved by you, we take it from here and begin the process to attain a building permit.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor's in Architecture and Interior Design Advances experience in the following programs: 3Ds Studio Max Revit AutoCAD SketchUP Photoshop Others
